16 sec exposure - freeway run
Took this while on the freeway doing about 60 in light fog.
16 second shutter delay, aperture wide open for maximum light exposure.

This one was taken at midnight hours, again same settings..

I edited it in PS a bit for a wallpaper.. If anyone wants the originals let me know and i can e-mail them out. they're about 1.8 megs each 2560x1920.
BTW, subject in photos is Cide and his *****in black Evo

Sorry I did goof up, the first picture was 3 seconds and the 2nd picture is def. 16 seconds, very minimal light.
BTW I have an olympus C-5000 for those interested.

on most older SLR cameras you can have as long as an exposure as you want. They have a little screw in plunger that you screw into the shutter button which keeps the shutter open for night time pics. This is mainly used for taking pictures in minimal light. I use it for taking pics of stars at night. The effect is the stars streak across the sky making a pretty cool picture, it takes a couple of hours for a really good picture. Also a tripod is your best friend for taking long exposure picutres.
