Yes, the exhaust is built to fit a stock cat, it's flanged properly for it.

Sadly not much has been happening with this car. I've been busy with other projects and neglected the Evo.

However, things are about to change. I spoke with Chad at CBRD about building me a motor. The tired 130K engine in the car is ready for an overhaul if it wants to make some decent power so I shipped the car to him and we're planning out a plan of attack right now as to what parts to use and what not.

I had to raise the hell out of the front on the car to ensure the truck it would be loaded on would clear the loading ramps. This flatbed was just a intermediate haul back to the big rig. I kinda wish I watched it get loaded onto the big rig to ensure everything went well but that's how it goes.

Of course, a snow storm just happens to hit when my car is being delivered and the driver has to drive it to the shop. I was hoping this car would never see a lick of snow or salt but I guess that wasnt the case.

I'm so glad its at CBRD though. Just look at that facility!! SO awesome! I can't wait to have a look at it in person.

Do you think you would've been fine not hacking/rolling the rears if you had gone with a 245 tire?

No, with a +22 offset wheel there's no way its going to fit under the fender without rolling the lips at a minimum.

Small update- I'll be heading to CBRD next week to get some photos so I'll have a better update to provide all of you but in the mean time here's where the build is at...

Engine is out!

Lots of parts waiting patiently for installation.
