I would say 0* difference, a good intercooler does more than those inlet holes.

Agree with ya.. Soon enough a bunch of folks will do it just like with the evo 8 chop it looks good!!

I don't understand why everyone's freaking out about intercooler temps lol I doubt this mod will affect anything at all. If anything I see this cooling the intercooler better as all the air is focused through the fins of the intercooler where heat exchange is meant to happen anyway don't quote me tho haha

key words "Good intercooler" I can assume you not talking about the stock one that the holes were made to work with.

I blame that stupid Gailla or however you spell the ugly aftermarket bodykit for the 7/8. The 9 front end is refreshingly clean except for those completely stupid nostril holes they added being silly Japanese people.

It looks nothing like an 8 bumper, it looks like a 9 bumper without the blight of those holes.
