Cutting ets piping

So I have an ets IC plus piping, as photo shows the hose connecting to my forge valve is super close to my fan also making it hard to adjust, can i cut the hose?

You should try reversing the lines first. Iy would be easier if it works then cutting them up.

Move the BOV and the shorter coupler over the the upper pipe. Then run the other longer line to the intake.
