bump... I need pictures of people who have UKDM badges but took off the mitsu emblem!!!!

 

Anybody know how easy it is to take off the front mitsu emblem on an IX front?

 

Removed OEM 'EvolutionMR', added UKDM Satin Black 'Evolution VIII' (without the 'VIII') and UDKM Red 'MR'.

 

SavEVOIX, it's supposed to be pretty hard, an then there's a backing plate right behind it. I went with the red stickers myself but here's what you were looking for

 

here's my red badges stickers in front, you get 2 sets of stickers, ended up with a small rear red emblem -pretty sure its from an 03 eclipse

 

Anyone know what kind of adhesive to use if the adhesive on the badge is already not working???

I debadged the rear completely and then added the Ebay black badging.

 

I like it. I wanted to order these but wanted to know the quality of it. How do you like em?

 

Had em for 5 months. They have survived a Toronto winter and dozens of washes.

My 2 suggestions.

1. Take time when putting them on. Mine came with an Evo VIII stencil so it was a real pain in the ***, I hope they fixed that. Anyway it can still be done, it's just kind of frustrating.

2. Be CAREFUL when washing with a mitt around these badges, they can peel off if you go at it too hard. One side of my X is peeling a tiny but, but it's not noticeable unless you walk right up to it. Remember they are essentially thick stickers so just be gentle.

Other than that I don't regret buying them at all. Plus the black looks hot.
