Yeah you must take off the bumper to get at the lights. It's really not as hard as people say it is to get the bumper off anyways. The hard and challenging part is getting the lenses off and keeping the goo off the painted pieces when you put it back together.

 

Damn, I really was trying to avoid takin it apart, oh well, at least the end result is definitely worth it as far as looks. This is my next bling factor, thanks, Dude........

Just an update...I went and took it all apart again...I hated how it looked without the upper orange reflectors. I tried the stock bulbs, orange bulbs, and hyperwhite bulbs. Looked like crap...so I stuck the reflectors back in. Now it looks really nice. It's odd...I thought it would be much sweeter without them.

Looks very good without the amber lens but since you didnt like it that way and you had to put the amber lens back, you still did a good job. Personally, I hated the amber lens so I took them off. Some of the members that I did didnt like the amber lens either so I took them off for them too. Heres a yellow Evo I've done without and with amber lens.
