In the process of cleaning up my engine bay. Can I remove this ABS metal cover

So I am tackling the worst parts first and this is one of them on the ABS module. There are 2 bolts 1 on top and 1 directly on the bottom of this cover. Was wondering if its safe to unbolt them and remove it to clean it up. Else I will have to kill my back to clean this up in the car with never dull.

Thanks in advance

Its better notto take it off. That part can be fixed easily; spray vinegar on the rusted parts and use a green scotch brite scrub, it should take you less than 5 minutes ti get rid of that rust.
