Hope EVO Neil could post a full review of upgrade to factory INFINITI sound system here on this thread, so that everyone can read it.

Also if you have a later build month you may be lucky and already have the brackets in the trunk.

I thought I was the only one who thought of this...but my twist is I'm currently replacing my entire system. I've got the Infinity Referance Series speakers installed front and rear (6002 in rear, 6000 CS in the front) and am working on installing an Infinity 5760a 6 channel amp in the trunk mounted on the back wall. My head unit is an Alpine 9835 and an MP3 changer. I just got the sub from the sun and sound group and I'm gonna pull the crappy stock speaker and replace it with a 10" infinity referance series sub.

Of course, I've been having all kind of problems since I wanna use all the stock wiring and not drill any holes in my EVO. Thank God for Cutchfield...lol

Once I finish the install (probubly this weekend) I'll let ya know how it sounds.

what if you have a fully built evo and now want some sound? 15 lbs will not make a differance with the hp I have

The sub from the sun and sound group was only $100.00. An enclosure alone could run that much. Not a bad price to pay for an experiment...
