Smile My EVO's Shelter. What do you think?

Hey hey all.

I thought I would post a pic of my garage. Anyone else take the time to make the EVO happy?

Sorry about all the crap in there.

I will be happy to answer any questions you might have about my garage.

Let's see a close up of your floor. What did you do to it?

Your car lives in a better place than I do

Looks good. I thnk you should buy some metal storage racks to put all your goodies in.

I used an epoxy-based coating on the floor. Same stuff car dealerships use, but I went with black with white flake. The floor has survived numerous spills of every car fluid.

If you are interested in the floor, DO NOT use the crap they sell at Home Depot. That stuff cost $40 bucks and is junk. I used a company called U-COAT-IT. The floor is three layers of primer, two layers of color and one coat of clear. As long as you follow the directions, it's guarenteed for life.

The catch: $600 bucks to DIY, $1350 for a pro install.

The good news: It comes with everything including a video, tech support phone number, and a life time guarentee.

The BEST news: All of your neighbors will want it.

My EVO is my third Mitsu. I had a 1995 3000GT SL and currently have a 1996 3000GT VR-4 project car.

Uhhhhhh, no. It took about a week to do. A few hours a day after work with time to watch the paint dry.

But, I can try to find some info for ya to DIY if you want.

I put in some heavy duty shelving units today and put all that crap away.

I will post a pic when my camera is charged.

It looks even better now; well, as good as it can without my EVO.
