Sorry I'm not tarmac02, he is on socalevo.net. I was at the meet but I parked at the opposite side with the white subbies. I'm gonna put the red outs on mine.

how easy is it to put on? i'm worried i may apply it a little bit off, then i'd have to pull it off, which will stretch the vinyl and screw everything up.

If you know vinyl you can dip it in soap/water then apply it, and squegee the excess water/soap and let it dry like Blue Bat does. Or spray the water/soap solution like I prefer.

I'm sure if you're nervous about the install you could have any clear-bra/stone-gaurd installer put them on.

I've done some clear headlight protection installs and it's really pretty simple. Soap and water, line it up, squeegy, let it dry.

PM me as soon as the reds are available, I'll buy it asap...

I use a 7 Year High Performance Vinyl, the best stuff. No fading or peeling!

Looks awsome. Not to rain on your parade, but question of legality. As far as I uderstood from cops chasing me in my GTI with OEM smoked tails they don't care if it is darker, just that you can not COVER OEM lights with anything. But if I go smoking - I definetely would use this type of laminate. Very durable.
