Amber Overlays courtesy of BlueBatMobile.com

Just got a set of amber overlays from BlueBatMobile.com for $15. It was an awesome overlay to make my blackout tails look like the MR tails. He's on the process of doing the amber overlays for the headlight too so he will inform me when he's about to do it. I think getting his amber overlays is the best and cheapest thing to make our blackout lights look like the MR. Here are the pics on my car. Enjoy.

That looks good.

Did BBM do an overlay that covers the entire rear light and the bottom portion is amber? On the other hand, is it just an amber overlay for the turn signal only?

Let me know.

does any one know if the amber lense in the head light can be removed? the ones on the top corners i mean, so that it won't look silly if i put the ambers on the bottom.

that looks very clean. Do the overlays just stick to the outside of the rear light?

Sophic: Yes, The amber lens in the headlight pops out.

My300gt: The overlay goes on like window tint, only on the outside of the rear light.

Hope this helps.

is it hard to disasemble the head light?
is there a risk of screwing something up?

Its a time consuming to disassemble the headlight. You'll need a heat gun to heat up the seal that surround the housing and take the lens cover out. Once the lens are out, just pop the amber lens out. Then put back the lens cover to the housing, and reheat the seal while putting back the lens cover.
