Alignement/Steering Wheel Question....
Hey guys,
A while back I had hit a curb and had to get an alignment and tires. I took it to the dealer to get aligned. Later I noticed that to get the car to track straight, the steering wheel must be turned to the left slightly. In other words, the steering wheel isn't "centered" perfectly. The tech who did the alignment said it wasn't a big deal but I've come to the point where I can't stand it anymore. I am very **** about my car and it just kinda ruins the feel for me. I just wish I could get the steering wheel all centered up perfect like the day I got it. Has anybody else had this problem before? How can I fix it? Please help!!!!!! Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
Fred

If the car is not pulling when you let go of the wheel, your problem is the dreaded steering wheel off center. Definately the number one cause of alignment complaints. The alignment tech did a sloppy job, simple as that. Take it back and get them to center the wheel.
I just fixed my alignment yesterday. I had the same problem, hit the curb, my car was first aligned at Just tires. The car pulled left everytime I wanted to go straight after they were finished with it. Aligned it again at another shop, and it turned out that the toe was off on the front tires. You should bring it to the dealer and demand to get it realigned, or get you money back and bring it to another shop. HTH
