Advans, in winter SUCK! dont even try driving a car when its snowing otherwise you will drive either like a gramma 10mph or you will wreck the car. - get conti extremes, GO to discount-tire - fill out a form for a credit get conti-extremes for $600 out the door its worth it. (if you dont have $ ) and enjoy the car in winter while people in SUV's think they own the road? but dont go too crazy:>

 

I drove my evo with Avdans last winter in Michigan. It's not bad when it is cold and there is no snow on the ground.

If there is snow or ice on the ground. Don't drive on them.... Unless you like skating


I will be using the Conti's this winter.

 

Not worth taking the risk. At minimum use an all season tire.
