Clunky suspension or is it wheels?
So I have had some aftermarket wheels on my EVO for a few weeks now. I have just started noticing that sometimes when I casually start off from a light that I will here a single "clunk" coming from the front suspesnion. The clunk happens right as the weight shifts during a routine start.
My car is all stock, and the aftermarket wheels are 17 inchers. I don't know if the wheels are causing this or not....
Any ideas?

I have had my lugs come loose on several occasions. Not loose to the point where the wheel would fall off, but loose enough to feel it in the steering wheel. I tightened the lugs up and I still sometimes hear the clunk.
Any idea why the lugs would come loose?
Car has 11k miles on it, and is never raced.

Are you tightening the lugnuts to the recommended torque spec.?
Are you using stock (ball seat?) or aftermarket lugnuts?
Are the lugnuts the correct shape (probably cone seat) for the aftermarket wheel?
