5th gear grind, Tranny clunking

I'm finally taking my car in for the recall and then 5th gear grind. The tranny also clunks in 5th gear and everytime I shift. I only have an aftermarket grounding kit, boost gauge, and turbo timer. Hopefully everything goes well, I'll keep updating. Anyone know what could be wrong? I only have 12,000 miles.

I didnt have any problems at all, the dealership even installed my ACT clutch. You should have no probs. I took the car in for 2nd and 5th and they replaced all of them including reverse.

Thanks for the support. I've never taken her in even for the recall, because I'm so scared of losing my 100,000 mile warranty.
