Just took my set of stock wheels to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. The dudes took out the centercaps and I cannot figure out how to get them back in, the metal wire clips are out too.

 

You have to put them in from the back

 

I would have the place that took your tires off put them back in. I don't see why they took them out to begin with.

 

i guess it had something to do with the balancing machine.

 

you have to take off your rim to do so...

insert the center cap... insert the clip... it's not that hard...

 

Heh, i always wondered how to get those things back on. I took mine off for track day cuz the centercaps tend to fall out on the track.

What clip?!?!? Ive had my car for more than a year and a half now...never took it to the car wash until last night and the morons doing my rims with those tar brushes knocked out the center cap loose ( i found it when i was drying my rims...b@starDs) Nayway I tool out the cap...the clip u guys are talkin about is in the on the rim itself?

 

Pull the wheel insert the cap and then the C clip. Same clip as talon eclipse etc. If you dont have the clip go back to the tire place...
