Question Removing Brake Rotors

Hello, I tried to remove my brake rotors but I couldnt get them off. It looks like you just take off the wheel and the calipers and the rotor comes off, but I couldnt get it... there is lots of rust in there so I suspect that is the problem... I tugged and tugged but i thought I was going to pull my car off the jack stands. What size bolts do you screw into the rotors to force them off? Thanks for the help guys...

I am assuming you are referring to the front rotors?
I pulled mine off last saturday. All that was necessary was to pull the wheel and the remove the 2 bolts for the caliper. The rotor just slides right off from there.

It should be easy.

there should be a bolt hole on the rotor that you can screw a bolt into and pop it off if youre having a problem

yup, use a 10mm bolt (same size and thread of the bolts used to bolt the heat shield to the exhaust manifold.

the bolt screws right in, rotor comes off..
