Need Advice on New Tires
I have about 16,000 miles on my Evo already on stock tires and today I noticed, wow they are pretty bald.. So I'm asking your advice on replacing these bad boys.
So with this in mind I have 2 Questions:
Question 1: I really liked these stock tires the grip is incredible, and I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to get them for a cheaper cost. Stock tire is Yokohama Advan A046 Size: 235/45WR17
Question 2 is. If anyone could recommend a tire that is just as good in terms of Grip and quality that would be a great substitute I would like to know.

We have the OEM Advan currently priced at $218 ea + shipping. I'd look at the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2, Bridgestone S-03 and Goodyear's F1 GS-D3 . Those would be the top three performers we carry. On a lesser expensive route the Kumho Ecsta MX is a good performer for the price.
Pirelli has a great tire called the P-Zero Nero M&S. Many Evo customers have had great luck with that as well. Not nearly as performance based like the tires above, but more longevity and all season based.
