3 Prong....

Get the 3 Prong one... and you could use the adaptor on bleeders as long as you have the parts to connect the hoses together.

I also emailed Motive and I hope they update their site as other EVO people have been guessing at this... but now we have the answers and they are all right here.

thanks all.

i see it on a few different sites, but when i searched for a website for motive, i don't think i came up with the correct one.

Do you have a link, or a number to order it direct? (might as well if it's the same price.)

It seems as if the Motive kit would make having speedbleeders useless... is that correct?

Yep, pretty much. I used a motive power bleeder to bleed my clutch line, worked perfect.

Guys, does the unit come with 1101 adapter so you just order the 1107 extra or you have to order each adapter separately?
I'd like to use it on my Honda too and would benefit from having 2 adapters.
Thx

I ordered it with the 1107, and it worked just fine.

I'll get both then, thanks... I'm also considering getting their fluid extractor. It's cheap compared to the ones I saw so I can do my radiator flush in the parking lot
Sucks not to have a garage...

I picked up a Motive Power Bleeder and I'm preparing to flush my brake system with super blue. My questions are: Should I bleed the clutch last after the brakes? Will the pressure from the Power Bleeder bleed the clutch line as well, or will I have to pump the clutch manually?

Also, I found the clutch bleed nipple, and it looks like I need to remove the air filter housing. Is there any other way to get to it?

yea, you're fine with using it to do the clutch, and no, i bled mine when i swapped my line ( need to really do it again), and you have to pull that out, removing the undertray helps too, but thats a normal remove item for me

Removing the airbox to bleed the clutch is much easier than removing the undertray.

naaaaaaaaaaa i can have that thing off in a few minutes, it's like routine.

(again, i can do a full rotor/pad swap in my sleep probably, so it's just a matter of repeatitiveness )
