Moving Hawk HPS pads

I installed some Hawk HPS pads front and back. When I touch the brakes I can hear a clicking sound and I believe it is coming from the pads. They seam as thought they are just a slight bit smaller than the calipers. Anyone else have this problem with them? It only does it after you go fwd for the first time or back.
THanks
Aus

I have the same pads and love them. How long have you had them on (miles)? Keep in mind that they will stick a little after it rains. The rotors will have a little rust on them. Not to worry though.

Happy breaking!

I have the same condition. Not a problem though.

Most vehicles do that. It's called pad shift. Normal.

that's correct, its an adjustment for when the pads heat up and expand...

I read somewhere the BMW M3's stock pads does that, and BMW decided to use some kind of piece for a filler to minimize the clunk...it was on this forum thread not but 2 weeks ago...
