Which brake lines?

Can someone recommend good brake lines for my 05 Evo?

I want to change them and while I'm at it, change the brake oil

I've seen lines from Russell's, Works, Stop Tech and BF Goodridge, I have no idea which ones to choose, prices also varys quite a bit, thanks.

I'm looking to get some too -- if they are all stainless steel you really can't go wrong with the one's you mentioned. I'd go with Endless or Stop Tech..

We got Goodridge SS line that is DOT approved or Endless Swivel SS lines for a bit more.

Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Lines provide a quicker pedal response, maintaining consistent brake pressure and precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. All Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Lines are manufactured to meet DOT Compliance Standards, and every line is 100% tested in-house to a pressure of 4500 psi. Goodridge brake lines consist of a Teflon® inner line, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid. The Teflon tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid. The stainless steel braid provides support for the Teflon and the weave is extremely durable against incidental impact and abrasion. Finally, StopTech brake lines are coated with a Clear Abrasion Resistant Cover for maximum protection against chaffing. All necessary brackets and fasteners are included with each line kit. Adding a set of Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Lines to your performance vehicle will provide an immediate improvement to brake performance and pedal feel from the very first stop.

Endless brake lines are unsurpassed in production quality and performance. Working perfectly in conjunction with Endless brake pads and Endless The TRUTH DOT 4 or The TRUTH Racing brake fluids, Endless has created the perfect Endless braking system in its entirety with a balance in performance, quality, and aesthetics. Brake hose material is made out of a teflon tubing covered with SUS 304 stainless steel finely knit meshed blades. Additional black clear coating finish for protection against mud, gravel, cracking, and debris. Suitable for all seasons. Fitment portion is produced from a high quality SUS 303 stainless steel for excellent rust proof and durability characteristics. Match and fitment test performed on each vehicle application to determine optimal hose layout for easy to use, correct installation. Produced only for specific vehicles.

Thanks,
Tom

Goodridge are the best bang for the buck out there - can also be ordered with a clear coating over the line which helps keep debris out from the braids. Goodridge's entire reason for being is hydraulic transfer - this is all they do, and are used world wide in every form of motorsports known to man

Endless and Project Mu lines are far and away the best offered for the car, without exception - the ends swivel, making the fit absolutely spot on, and they are coated. These lines do come with a heft price tag though, so not for everyone

Goodridge or Technafit(they make the Goodridge lines, or so I was told) seem like a good value for the money. I had Goodridge for my old car and they were very good. Technafit come even cheaper than the Goodridge. Probably minus the advertising fees. Some of the vendors might be able to verify the info I mentioned.

Goodridge make their own, Technafit make their own - both are very good, one is a big name, one is not. I've been dealing with Technafit for nearly a decade now - Stuart and everyone else there do a great job. We 've also used Goodridge for as long as I can remember - we tend to use them for the premade kits, though Technafit we use for the custom stuff, or for when a car is so new, we need something done ASAP
