Strut Damage?

I was just driving today and came up on some roads that were a bit uneven and as I went over them. I hear this clunk or pop noise on the driver side of the front of car. I thought it might have just been the pavement but I tested this side again when going up my driveway as the left-front wheel went up the driveway curb I heard it again like a popping noise / clunking noise near the wheel. Could my springs or struts be damaged? It seems to only happen when the springs get compressed or decompressed a lot as opposed to just minimal compression/decompression with daily driving.

Front swaybar probably needs to be adjusted.

Will it be a problem? As in is it ok to drive with it like that or should I get it replaced?
