All time best quote this month so far:

"if u can't lock up a set of brakes at 100+ mph then your brakes are sub par."

yup cut and paste for me..
...
no i am not saying that stoptech is unable to lock brakes at 100+ mph
i am stating that an inadequate system that cannot lock its brakes cannot use the full affect of the tires.. thereby the weakest link is the brakes and not tires.
if tires were to do braking then no brakes = tires would still stop ultimately no.
Another factor is that at 140-0 mph braking
the brakes produce alot of heat.
so a brake setup that is not good at dissapating heat may actually have more fade near the end of its stint.

Yes i am awesome bull**** spouter.

And never once did i say stoptech was crap.
i just said endless for the win

so maybe some of you guy's could stop getting sooo defenseful

I think the word you're looking for is "defensive".

And no, you're a horrible BSer. If you're the type of asshat that is going to pull numbers out of thin air, at least make it sound technical or believable.

The whole point of this post was not to show my knowledge or lack of as some people kindly put it.

It is just a simple observation stating that endless brakes did stop better.
whether that be from simple variations as brakes
or complex ones such as brakes/tires/wind/chassis/alignment/suspension/driver error/incorrect car setup/ etc...

take it as you will..

Endless brakes are not just some jdm hype
they have proven time and time again that they do perform to very high standards.

You're pardoned this time.
