Rubbing noise please help

Hey everybody. Hopefully you guys can help me out. I’m going to try to describe this as best I can and if you need clarification on something please just ask me. I am getting a “rubbing” sound when I get up to around 40-45 mph. The faster I go the faster the rub. I took it to a shop thinking it was probably just something with the tires. They rotated the tires and made sure they were weighted correctly. That didn’t fix the problem and they couldn’t find where it was coming from. It doesn’t matter what gear I’m in it only depends on the speed of the car. It probably makes the sound all the time I just can’t hear it when I’m traveling at slower speeds. It sounds like it is coming from the front passenger wheel but when passengers sit in the car they say it sounds like it’s coming from the drivers side wheel so maybe it’s in the middle. I don’t know. Does anyone have any ideas? If there is anything else I can tell you that might help just ask. Thanks a lot!

Are you lowered? After market rims and tires? body kit? Ever been in an accident?

Wheels and tires are stock. I put Hotchkis springs on the car but I know it's not rubbing from that. It was rubbing the exact same way before I put the springs on.

I haven't been in an accident and do not have a body kit.

Is it high-pitched metal/metal rubbing or low pitched humming/rubbing?

Silly question, but did you maybe switch to some super low-profile tires? Hello road-noise hum.

No, it's not a constant rubbing noise. It makes one rubbing noise for every wheel revolution.

It could be but how would the brakes be making that noise?

may have a rock or road debris in the caliper, or stuck against the pad. I catch rocks all the time. My friend has a long gravel driveway and I can't resist.
