Rear suspension creaking noises over bumps - causes?

Guys, in need of assistance. Lately my MR has been experiencing some loud squeaky noises when going over large slow bumps specifically when the vehicle compresses down from the bump.

It has not always done this, only recently I might add.

Im running the Swift MR springs and Perrin rear sways, wondering what could be the causes?

Thanks in advance!

Aftermarket springs causes all sorts of squeeky noises. You should have greased up the spring contact points before the install to avoid the noises.

+1

also, check to see if your bushings on the sway have some lithium grease on them. They can get clunky when they start to dry out.

suspension...springy type of noise only when the car really digs deep after a large bump, regular around town type of stuff there is no such noise.

Im cleaning the springs now and also moving around the rubber things that coil around the spring...that might be the culprit?

Polyurethane sway bar bushings are famous for this.

+1 it's your sway bar bushings. Just take them off and re-grease. BTW the rear is easy, the front is a PITA, so consider yourself lucky

The front of my suspension squeaks. Think it could be the sway bar as well?

I know springs can cause this as well - anyone know where one can buy the plastic coils used to wrap the spring coils?
