Did you adjust the camber at the lower arm and toe at the assist link? Are they maxed out?

the camber is maxed out in the rear. they said it looks like there's more adjustment room on the bolt, but it wont move anymore. any more trying and it would have broken. i'm just trying to get my camber back to -1.0 and toe to .12 like it was stock. then i want to put the front to -1.0- -1.5 camber and whatever the toe was stock.

To get more camber adjustment, you need a camber arm. I'm surprised none of you guys know about this. go to www.more-japan.com Nagisa Auto makes a chromoly camber arm for the Evo along with a bunch of other adjustable arms with spherical bushings. Last I looked, they didn't have the camber arm listed, but they do have it. You might have to contact them.

Really, even -1.5 in the rear is not too much for the street. I've run with nearly that much, and -2.5 up front, and my tires have worn very evenly. Even though it's an Evo, the stock alignment is geared towards the average driver. A little more aggressive camber and 0 toe is a lot more fun.

Try flipping the camber adjustment bolt! I have been told by a reputable source it allows further adjustment and can reduce rear camber further.
