2-piece or 1-piece

Okay, the deal is like this - I know a vendor in Japan and I have bought parts through him several times and things have worked out okay for most of it. My latest purchase (or intended purchase) is this:

Project Mu SCR-Pro, fronts for the Evo.

Now due to an error, I have been sent these (also fits the evo):

Now the difference in price is relatively small - well, let's say it's not the main issue here. The thing is I ordered a 2-piece but got a 1-piece instead. Should I:

a.)Keep the 1-piece and get a refund
b.)Send them back (around $150shipping) and get the 2-piece sent free of charge
c.)Other, please suggest.

For some strange reason, my girlfriend is really mad about this and has suggested that I get on the phone and give him an earful. However, his english isn't that great - or rather not tuned to the sort of words he'll be hearing - so I think I'd better ask learned and wise members of evom on this occasion...

You thoughts?

Who's error? If it was the vendors error it should be his responsibility to give you the product YOU ordered in the first place. You should not have to pay for anything since it was not your fault.

From: City O Sin, MA...the not so sinish part though...
go all out and do the 2 piece. Then you'll never have to worry about wishing you just went with them instead of keeping the 1 pieces.
