What kind of shims are you using? Did you install high temp caliper grease between the shims and the pistons? Were the rotors new? If not, did you rough them up?

i used the supplied shims that came with the EBC pads, i had grease inbetween the pad and piston and was doing the same exact thing so my mechanic requested i go home and take off the grease bc EBC doesnt recoomend any grease on the back of their pads so i redid my whole job and wow still HUGE noise, i did not rough up the rotor

You definitely need grease, that shouldn't be in question. What about the rotor questions?

I'd rough them up with some 120 grit.

New brake pads usually have a thin layer of material specifically for bedding. If the rotors aren't rough, this will affect braking performance and noise.

Also how did you break the pads in? Ferodo recommends 20 minutes of 50% pedal in corners.

I have to try that do u think it will stop the horrible horrible squeal? and i followed the break in period to spec.

First off why didnt you reuse the oem shims? Second why would you take the grease off the pads? That would make more squeal and noise. The only problem i can think of to help solve your problem is that you didnt grease the pads properly. Taken the grease off the pads will make it worst since there is no grease on the pads under heavy braking metal contact metal which cause friction and create heat. That why you need to go back and grease were ever there is metal to metal contact.

I have these same pads on an not a single squeal since the day of install. After 2k miles still no squeal.
