Which pads again? Miles on rotors?

You: re-bed the pads, put DBQ on there, are using shims, have tired without shims, cleaned everything down...

...have to turned the rotors? Are they grooved at all? Hot spots on there?

While you're getting your rotors resurfaced, sand down the pads a bit too. They may be glazed.

This is an unqualified response. Hawk HPS are not worth their salt on the CT9A. Many, including myself, have tested them. There are far better pads out there. See my sticky thread in Wheel/Tire.

Yes. It would.

Id you see the ATTN I did in the susp forum? There are fakes out there. Be sure yours are real EBCs.

1. Shims: try with and without.
2. Disc Brake Quiet on the backing plate
3. Re-bed pads
4. Resurface rotors.

Yes sir. Flattery is one thing, faking and making a profit whist ruining a companies reputation is another.

I've ordered many brake sets through MAP. You're in good hands there.

Have you tried bedding-in your pads/discs? This is one of the most common reasons for brake squeal. Once you get a good transfer layer on the discs, a large portion of the noise typically goes away. Here's a video I did on the topic:

The pads ride on the layer of pad you transfer to the discs, not the iron discs themselves. You get better bite and less noise. Here's a video I did on the topic:
