Actually I just raised the whole car about 1/2", just to be safe before I
take her out for a spin.

From the looks of the weather, it might be a couple of days before I can
go out for a test and heat cycle my tires at the same time.

How about raising the car a little more and putting the damping on full stiff?

robi, i need to make sure my 275 ra-1's are gonna clear on my 17x9 5zigens (same as he's got) EDIT: Same as he's switching FROM.

He needed spacers and wheel studs to clear the suspension. Will i need them/do you have them/ if not, i need to order them.

thanks.

They will work...with the massaging I do the KW system also uses the smallest coils @ 60mm inside diameter...so that helps

OK, finally got the car out this afternoon and there was some rubbing of the rear
tires on the fender with just mild spirited driving around.
I think there would be some major rubbing when driven hard at the track.

Robi, feel free to chime in here. Here is my new plan ( semi- ala Daddio):
I'll run all four 710's (275/40-17) but with 17 x 10 rims in the front and 17 x 9 in the rear.

That way I'll be able to keep my car lower.

Without a spacer, I think that rim would be all over the lower trailing arm.

But maybe a 5mm spacer would make that 17 x 10 like a 30mm offset...
