Lug Nuts, Studs and Hubs - BIG ISSUE
solomrus, yes I am gonna make sure the other wheels are not affected but i'll need to first get the car to the place where everything will happen start-finish and get the new wheels on. At this point I really dont care about damage to the wheels. It is still mind blowing to me how this could have happened.
Thnx for the great support guys, I really appreciate the pointers...i will make this a photo-how-to if it works out without damage so that others may benefit.

UPDATE: We did it, everything off, new studs/lugs on, old rims are untouched. Man I am sooo happy that this worked out the way it did.
All I can say is: Any lug nut that is crossthreaded onto a stud has no chance against BOSCH Titanium drill bits, ha. It went thru like butter and the rubber hammer just ticked them right off. Stud change/install is cake as well...
So a good end to a very ugly situation...thnx guys for the "hand-holding" on this one.

excellent man!
glad to hear that everything was successful.
i don't let ANYONE work on my cars, except myself. i just don't trust people not to screw things up. i can do that on my own.
