Got Questions And Need Answers!
Alright I'm getting ready to purchase my suspension an exhaust, but first I want to know a few things.
For the exhaust, I'm going with Invidia N1 catback w/ downpipe. I'm thinking about going with a High-flow cat, but not sure due to it throwing a cel. Any tips on what I should do? Just don't want any CELs.
For the Suspension, I'm thinking about going with the Tein Flex. Anyone recommend them or should I go with somthing else?
Floor is open!
Thanks in advance.

Cel fix is easy enough, several dealers have options on those, as far as suspension goes you will hear a wide variety of input on the topic. I have seen quite a few members trash tein suspension. Personaly use it and it works fine for my purposes. I think as a general consensus however that you will find many members running meagan coilovers and saying there the ****. It really is up to you, your budget, and your needs
Depends on what you're trying to do with the car. Generally, neither of those choices would be a wise use of your money. Also, if you know that removing the stock cat causes a CEL, then wouldn't you also know that there are $5 fixes for that? It's commonly known how to get around the CEL - we don't all just drive around with our CEL on. Some do, but they aren't too smart.

Then what would you say is a wise use of my money?
As I said in my first post, it depends on what you want to do with the car. A so-so set of coilovers and an uncommonly used TBE don't accomplish too many goals that I can think of...
the KW Variant 3's own the Tein Flex's unless you are a big fan of electric gadgets and think an EDFC will make your car faster around a track.
And there are like 5 exhausts that I like better than nvidia. Buschur, Works, Tanabe, AMS, etc.

Agreed, we need to know what you use your car for. What's important to you (2 way adjustability, ride quality, reliability, max performance) etc.?
How did you choose Tein Flex?

I haven't chosen any suspension yet, but tein is what one of my buddies is using and that's why I was thinking about it. I'm looking for the whole package. That is why I'm putting this out there, for some advice. Thanks to everyone so far.
What does "the whole package" mean? Come on, man, you have to be more specific. You haven't given us anything yet. What are you going to do with the car? How much do you want to spend? How much power do you want? Do you want it to be focused towards drag, auto-x, circuit, rally-x, rally, ice racing, etc etc?
Oh I like the megan exhaust good price for a true 3'' tbe.

What coilovers would you suggest for decent ride quality, reliability, and decent performance. I have some coilovers on now and I personally think they ride like crap. It might be how I set them up or whatever but and good roads they are fine on crappy roads I start to feel sick, and it's hard for me to "feel" sick.

A good suspension for drag??? You don't get suspension for drag racing unless you have a monster car that needs to tweak every last bit in order to launch. For rally, you'd need a completely different type of suspension than normal that is bouncy and soft so that it can withstand the constant bumps and change in terrain. That will not be the same suspension you'd drive daily for good handling.
It sounds like you don't have any use for coilovers and just want to put some on for the sake of putting them on. In that case, get a set of Megan street coilovers for $850 and be done with it.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Personally, I think you should stick with your stock susp. You bought an MR, seems like a waste to change it if you dont really plan on racing. If is a d/d, what are you looking for then?
