Spacers on 18x8.5 +33 5 zigen gn+

Will Spacers change the handling much on 18x8.5 +33 5 zigen gn+
I just bought these rims used and they clear everything fine with the 265-35-18's that are on them right now and I am going to be mounting 255-40-18 tr-615's very soon. I am thinking of doing some 10-14mm spacer but Im not sure if it will affect the handling negatively. What do you think? Spacers and stud or just stick them on?
