Springs tend to blow stock struts even newer ones. If you baby the car they'll last longer... if you track the car you might as well jump right to co.

I dont really know anybody that has blown out stock struts with swifts (especially bilsteins). I will bet money Megans will blow out soon before the stock struts and swifts will. You can get springs, swaybars, and bushings for almost half the price of megans and run circles around them and still have great drivibility. Megans are too hit and miss and have had a fair share of problems arise whereas Swifts have been pretty much all positive feedback.

Well I guess that is the argument. We'll have to agree to disagree.

I mean there both great setups, it just depends if you want a little more bang for your buck or more adjustability. The adjustability part of megans is nice for a more track and street oriented car where you can dial in different settings. I just like to disagree and agree Plus I remember back when I had my probe you always helped me on PT so I have to agree with you some

what ive noticed about coilovers is that the sleeves and perch tend to get stuck together making it hard to adjust. I guess dust and little rocks are jammed inbetween the cracks. I had 3 sets of coilovers before on a different car and I've noticed that don't seem to want to adjust after awhile. Not sure if you guys are running into the same problem.

Strange... all these positive feedback on swifts and no one can answer if stock shocks get blown quickly or not. Im pretty sure the bilsteins will hold up just fine, but what about oem struts? Who are the OEM struts made by (Koni, KYB, Tokico)?

Well they are KYB and my post above clearly states that nobody yet has blown the the stock struts...so I did answer the question.

The OEM struts are made by KYB Japan.

Swift RS/GSR springs are made to match these OEM KYBs. So they should last just as long.

Well I got the Swifts installed. Pretty straight forward. I absolutely love the way the car sets now. Also, I could just notice a slight increase in spring rate. I highly recommend Swift springs!

nice drop!!! its mild and closes those wheel gaps. And its not too extreme where you have to slow down on every dip. Hows the ride?
