Any vendors able to get these yet? Specifically I'd be interested in the front one.

hey guys

the front one is not available for a USDM car, as it does not clear the USDM front bumper support. Cusco Japan is currently looking into a redesign to make it USDM compatible, but as of this moment, no word on that. However, I know lots of our customers have already ditched their stock bumper support, either to save nose weight for track use, or out of necessity when fitting some of the aftermarket front bumpers, so we are planning to stock some of the front power braces as well.

Our first batch of these sold out really quickly, and if people want in on round two, let us know and we can get an introductory GB setup today.

Before we post the GB, we'll get all the install notes together, and have pictures of each brace as well as individual weights listed for each one.

Are there any figures on the weight of the front piece? Any info on how much weight it saves versus what it replaces?

Can the stock front bumper on IX be mounted without the front bracket mentioned earlier? Or is it a major piece in the support of the front bumper? Can a bracket or something be fabricated as an extension to support the front bumper?

Lots of questions...my apologies ahead of time.

Oh....and how much does the front brace run for?

all the braces are in stock now

The front brace cannot be used with the US bumper support - that much we know.

info, pricing can be found on our site here:

The front brace also does not fit bigger than stock intercoolers .. we tried to fit with an HKS R type and it did not fit ... I don't know about other types of IC's

Anyway, overall the braces work and I'm loveing it
