Replacement rotors...

I really want to get a 2pc floating rotor... i like what StopTech has to offer, but don't know if they have a direct replacement...

EradiSpeed also makes some really nice rotors, but again, not sure of they have the size we need...

Anyone have any input on this...?

The only ones I have seen so far are the ones over on RMR's site: http://www.rmrproducts.com/home.htm at $565 a pair, but they appear to be 1 piece.

The other ones are over on Pruven's site, and they seem to be 2 piece with aluminum hat, at $562 a pair: http://www.pruvenperformance.com/evobrakes.html

I picked up some Tar Ox rotors from the UK which are 40 slot. You can buy them through Amber performance in the UK and they work out to about $430 or so plus shipping. Yet to fit them, I will post instructions and comments when I do....

The RMR rotors are from AP Racing (a very high-quality mfg) by way of Stillen (Steve Millen). I have looked into them and they are very good. It's not the slotting or drilling, but the internal design that matters most to cooling. The AP rotors are computer-designed and flow air very well.

I am getting them in a couple of weeks.

Tarox rotors fitted with Ferodo ds2500 pads and goodridge braided srake lines and motul rbf600 fluid. The car stops on it's nose now! Not 2 piece I know, but a direct replacement that fits with no problems.

Hi, any problems with warping so far? Do you have any pics of the install?
thanks!

Took the car to the track on Wednesday and had no problems at all. No warping, excellent stopping power, no fade. Just fun, fun, fun. I have pics for the install, just haven't gotten around to documenting it yet. But will do, in the next few days, then I will post a link to them...

Great news! ... a couple of Questions if you don't mind :

1. How many laps did you do, whats the circuit like?

2. Where did you get those brake cooling guides?

3. Do the DS2500 pads make a big difference over stock?

thanks!
EJ
