1. Street tire. I want the lightest tire. It would be nice if it was a all season performance tire, but it is OK if the lightest one is a summer tire too. I can get another set for the winter here in Chicago.
2. It depends on the wheel size. I do not mind staying with the 235 stock size on 17's but if there is a lighter weight tire in 245 lets say, that will work too. Weight is why im changing it.
3. I do not want to spend a lot. The cheaper the better (400-500 total would be nice) but that doesnt leave me too much room...

This is exactly why people are telling you that you're putting the cart before the horse. You're looking at the problem 100% backwards.
Do you see why this makes no sense at all? Why do you want "the lightest tire" possible? For performance, right? But then you say you'd prefer an all-season tire...which will suck in terms of performance compared to just about any summer tire. So, WTF?
The benefits of a light tire will be ZERO if they don't grip. If you want performance and have a $500 budget, just get a set of Azeis RT-615's and call it a day. We're telling you to first decide what your needs are and you respond by telling us that your needs are "the lightest tire." We're going in circles. Lol.

The site shows 27lbs. for stock size. Where did you get the 20lb number from?
