Best EVO springs - JDM or US??

Tein S-Tech Spring rates are:

F 2.3 ~ 3.8 K
R 3.2 ~ 5.2 K

Tein S-Tech drops

F -35MM
R -25MM

Any others??

I have been researching/pondering the same thing (springs). My prior car (Corvette LT4/Z-51) had this weird leaf spring suspension, but took outrageous turns w/o a lean. It also broke loose w/o warning (especially off camber turns). My Evo, by comparison can take corners fatst (I believe) but leans and I loose my invincibility feeling, thus prompting my research for the springs. The battle for me comes down to two choices, H&R (1.4" -front, 1.3" rear) and Ebach's. The H&R's are for the VII but have heard they fit/work.
