I am going to order wheels and tires Monday and I need some help deciding on the tire for my IX.

I am going to order
18x9 Advan RS +29 Offset
But I am having trouble deciding on what to go with for the tire.
Yokohama ADVAN Sport 255/35
ADVAN Neova AD07 255/40
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Positions 255/40

I am also ordering a set of lowering springs from either RS*R or Tein Stech so I dont want a lot of rubbing but I want it to look smooth.

advan rs 18x9+29 is a great choice. dont get 255/40 tires, the sidewalls are to big and you will rub. that being said if you go 255/35, at the least you'll have to roll the rear fenders (possibly the front too). i personally run 245/40/18 falken on my advan rgII 18x9+29, and i only rub up front on the inside plastic when i lock the wheel left or right.
the rsr springs are a nice choice, as are the tanabe gf210 (which i have), hotchkis,espelir. unless you want to roll your fenders, dont get the s-techs.

agreed on the 35 series sidewall. i run 255/40 advan neovas fwiw, and i love them. getting great tire wear so far too but i got a great alignment
