Strange ACD/AYC pump problem (MUT error# 82)
Hi,
Today me and my friend over at the Mitsubishi workshop tried to bleed my ACD/AYC system but couldn't get the pump to start, we tried with both MUT-II and MUT-III. To start with we couldn't connect with the system, that I think was my AEMs fault? When I put back the OEM ECU we could connect, but still not start the pump.
It seems like we can get everything to work but not the pump to start. When we try to bleed the system all valves open like they should and some fluid slowly comes out but not like it should.
We often get error# 82 (pump failure) but that's easily cleared by re-cycling the ign and clearing it with the MUT tool.
The MUT 50% of the attempts says that the pump is running but it never actually starts.
We tried to connect 12v directly to the pump just to see if it was broken and yes, it worked! It build it a great pressure.
When we try to start the pump with the MUT we can hear the relay click.
What can be wrong? How shall we do to solve this? We have access to all tools, Mitsubishi documents but no spare parts to try with.
I need to get this crap working, so please guys all ideas are appreciated!

Where is it located and how can I test it?
You by no chance have the part number?
Btw, don't the ACD/AYC work with my AEM? I thought all ACD/ACY precessing was done it the 4WD ECU?

as far as i know mitsi dont sell the press a switch separately, the switch is down beside the accumulator (big round ball) has a plug with two wires on it,to test it on a 4/5/6 i disconnect the wiring from switch and pump, bring a wire from one side of the switch to black wire on the pump wiring, connect the other switch wire to neg, (power source 12v),then bring a wire from the red wire in the pump wiring to pos on the source ,the pump should run until it brings up the pressure and then cut out.
also if you try over on mlr ,pm rogerrally i think he does adjustable switches for 4/5/6 and 7/8/9
