Another solution may be a change of pads. I've only had them on a few days, but the Carbotech Bobcats I have on now seem to dust much less than the OE pads and they have a much better pedal feel and bite too. I was going to do a more in depth review once I got some more miles and an autocross or two on them, but since this thread popped up again, WTH...

I have the XP's and am going to install them soon. I will write a review at the end of the month about the Vishnu Stage 1 and the XP's with the Break air guides installed with Motol 600 fluid.

I am going to echo this statement, except change Bobcats to Panther Plus, and and autocross with road course.

I would also add that the brake dust is so light that most of it comes off just by hitting it with a hose, unlike the stock pad dusting that requires a little soap and elbow grease.
It's a little premature (installed 5 days ago), but so far I am very impressed. They stop fine cold, achieve optimal operating temp very fast, and the initial bite and overall torque is unbelievable (comparable to a hawk blue IMO), way way better than stock(and I thought stock was pretty good). I could not get these things to fade at all on the street (made myself sick trying), can't wait to get them on one of my local tracks!
If these things don't eat my rotors (there not supposed too), then I may have just found my new all time favorite street/track pad. I will let you all know how it goes.

I think it was on NOPI TV they have this blonde chicca who gives car advice... (Like how to get rid of grease stains on your boyfriends wifebeaters, stuff like that)... anyways last Sunday she did a how to on break dust. She said just spray PAM on your rims and the grease keeps the dust from sticking. I didn't try it, but what the hell... it's only grease right? Don't think it will hurt anything

Except if you get it all over the rotors

I've been telling you guys for MONTHS how good our pads are

Seriously though, Bobcat is our new street material and it produces MUCH LESS dust than most stock pads. Panther Plus and XP are our track matierials and they tend to be a bit dustier. And noisier.

No Dust

I had a VW and I switched to cross-drilled rotors. I had so little brake dust that I soon was washing the car when the car got dirty and not the wheels. I am not going to mess with the world class stock brakes on my Evo, but I really miss how little dust was created by my cross-drilled rotors.
