Brake Dust and Matte Wheels

Have you tried waxing or sealing your wheels?
There is nothing out there that will keep dust off your wheels but if you protect your wheels then dust will wash off of them easily.
I use this stuff and it works pretty good

The OEM pads dust horribly. Waxing your wheels will make them easier to clean but they'll still turn brown in a couple days until you switch pads. I'll be running Girodisc Magic Pads after I wear out the stockers. Until then I've had really good luck with Flash Brown Royal and Diablo Gel Wheel for getting the dust off without a ton of work.

I use this too but I'm pretty sure the wheel cleaner will strip any wax or sealant off the wheel. I only use this stuff in the spring and fall before waxing them up.
haha I know it's crazy. I do only drive the car on the weekends for the most part. I only have 68,000KMS on the car (42,000 miles) too (2008 GSR). I honestly don't know if they are the original pads as I didn't buy the car new. There is still a lot of meat on them though so maybe they are not the originals
