Ralliart dampers
Correct - the springs and shocks are only sold as sets, and like most of the factory aftermarket stuff (Ralliart, Mazdaspeed, STi, NISMO), the shocks are KYB. The lowered rideheight comes from springs, not the struts themselves.
As for the Volks, I believe you do need a lug with a taper to it to fit in the holes....not sure what Value likes, but we love the McGards....inexpensive, and has a very durable key (unlike the Kyojugen). Of course the Volk and Ralliart units are nice too, but waaaayyyyy overpriced!
