NEW Wheels & Tires..maybe some HELP!

Hey everyone. Ive been looking at some new rims and cant really decide what would be the best for looks, performances, size and fitment. Ive done some searching but still hasnt jelped me 100% so maybe you guys can help. The rims ive been lookin at are BLACK RENNEN RC2's 19"x8.5, http://www.mimousa.com/home.asp?dir=products&prod=2189 but cant decide what size tire i would need on these. And some guys say these are heavy and would hurt performance alot? BLACK MOTEGI TOUGE 18"X9 http://www.buywheelstoday.com/products/?id=2777 and would throw on Toyo T1R's (225/40R18 OR 225/35R19). SSR Professor SP1's 18"/19"x8.5/9 http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...2FAnodized+Lip. ZYOXX ZX7's 18"x7.5 (would 7.5 be stupid to go with because its smaller than stock?) http://www.performancewheel.com/Deta...y=47&gacid=904. KONIG UNKNOWNS 18"/19"X8 http://www.buywheelstoday.com/products/?id=2748. If i could have your oppinion on all the wheels that be swesome thanks guys.

There are so many better looking wheels out there, look into some advans or volks. If your looking to get into a less expensive wheel than rota's arent to bad. And imop 18'- 19' are way to big for NH.

Wow, what terrible choices of wheels (SSR professors excluded).
I always wonder why some people pick the wheels they pick for their cars.
You own a 06 MR.
It comes from the factory with one of the best wheels, BBSs.
Why would you want to replace BBSs with those wheels?
Majority of the wheels you picked are cheap, heavy, and made by companies with questionable reputation.
Personally, if performance means anything to you, save your money and go with light weight forged wheels in slightly wider size.
Volks or Advans in 17X9 or slightly wider would make a lot sense.
If you are planning on a big brake kit, you could go with a slightly taller wheels in 18".
Please spend some time searching the forum and see what the popular wheels are.
There are reasons why wheels like Volks and Advans are so popular.

The SSRs will look good on red, but please throw those other wheels out of the selection process. Dont automatically go with Volks or Advans unless you really like them because thats what almost everyone goes with. There are many companies out there that make a decent wheel. If youre trying to save money, look into some Rotas

the ssr's are the only decent wheel you showed there, everything else is in my opinion crap. DO NOT GET 19's! they look terrible on evo's DO NOT GET SMALLER DIAMETER THAN STOCK! its not cool DO NOT GET TIRES THAT ARE A 225! thats bad.
i say get some of those ssr's in a 18x9 or 18x9.5 then putting a 255/35/18 or 265/30/18 on them. i personally hate the t1r's, if i were you i would get some falken rt-615's, advan neova ad07's or some re01r's.

please dont put on 19's or a smaller diameter wheel or tire

I agree with this dude. Yea i love thee SSR's but also if i HAD to chose one more pick i would def. go with the motegis in that list, can some explain to me why the motegi touge wheels are bad than? And there just the perfect size 18"x9. It sounds liek a solid wheel to me so can someone explain why they think its "no good"

They might be 18x9 but the offset isn't quite ideal (25mm is the best one... but ideally you would want a +35 if you would like to run a 255 in the back without rolling the fender.

Also, how much do those things weigh? It's surprisingly common for wheels to be uber-heavy. My guess is those are 25 lbs or so. Going from light bbs wheels (I think those are around 16 or so lbs) to those isn't the best thing. But at the end of the day it's your car.
