Yes, Home Depot or Lowes. Take your original set screw and get a commercial grade one that is about a half size to 1 size bigger and coarse thread(and be careful when threading it in). If you want to do it completely right, buy a $10-19 small tap kit there as well and re-thread it first, those can be your friend in a situation like this. Or you can just be very careful and thread it in straight and slow. Be sure NOT to go too big or you can crack the collar/perch. When tightening it up, make sure it is just tight enough to keep the perch/collar from spinning.

I'm thinking about having some metal perch/collars machined for me. I think the plastic ones are a bit on the cheap side from my experience with them.
