If you have the +30mm offset wheels you will need 5mm spacers minimum, but i HIGHLY recommend a 6 or 7mm spacer. With a 5mm spacer the P45R spokes up front comes within "paper thin" from hitting the brembo's. I had a machine shop shave a 8mm spacer down to a 6mm and it works out perfect.

I would stick with 245/40's if you don't want rubbing issues.

With 245/40's, no fender rolling. 255's and wider, yes.

I run rt-615 245/40's with no problems.

my buddy has a set of p45r wheels on 245 40 17 tires with spacers but it shakes a little bit on the highway on his evo, would that be because its out of alignment??? Or do you need extended wheels studs?

Last time I heard Rota does not make P45R's in 17's.

Shaking could be caused by two things:

1. wheels/tires need to be re-balanced.

2. Always use quality evo 'hub-centric' spacers, not those crappy universal size cast spacers. A few I've seen wobble on a flat surface and are not centered because the hub bore is too big.

H&R, KICS, ICHIBA, or custom spacers from wheeladapters.com
