Brake light turns on and off

hey
happy early t day everyone, I picked up this evo 8 not too long. pretty stock, it has an exhaust and boost controller and clutch thats about it. But anywho when i first jump in the car and drive sometimes the red brake light will turn on and stay on for a little bit. Its seems to be more common when i make a left turn. Im thinking a caliper might be binding or something. I will make a left ooff my street and be drivign through my subidivison and the light will turn on. Ill stop at the light at the entrance of the sub division and as soon as i let go of the brake pedal it goes away. This happens mostly right after my car has been sitting over night. if its warm and after the first time it goes away and doesnt come up till i park for the night.. any thoughts?
david

ohh ps i have project mu pads street pads if that would make a difference...

I give it a 75% chance of being low on brake fluid, which in turn is caused by almost completely worn out brake pads.
