Edited further, looked up the EBD system and how it works. Im with you though, there is definitely more meat up front and would stand to reason that it would wear out slower if the bias was always 50/50 no matter what. I just dont think that is the case though. I know track evo's that go through front pads like they are going out of style, but dont change their rear pads with near that frequency. EBD is what is causing that, by forcing more bias up front to the big calipers/rotors that can handle that kind of heat and stress. If it was a 50/50 bias all the time, dont you think you would see more brownbos in the back? Ive never seen rear calipers turn color to be honest.
