Lets make this short.

Bought evo beginning of summer. No squeaks. As winter came along, brakes squeak. Looked at pads, and they look meaty, so my question is, are all of your guys evos squeaking, and I mean... BIG TIME during the cold weather? Anything under 40/50 degrees it squeaks, especially on cold start.

 

Mine squeek, also when cold.

 

When is the last time you rebedded them.

Mine squeak when it's cold.... They were normal all summer and started squeaking late fall / early winter. Pads have plently of life left.

 

Mine squeak in the cold. Do a few hard stops on them and that'll cure the squeaky for a while.

 

Im guessing its just because they are cerametallic?

 

Look In Your Owners Manuel It Will Tell You Your Brakes Sqeek .........

 

Do a few hard stops first thing in the morning and that should cure it for a little while. These brakes just squeak, not much you can do about it.
