it'll still hold air. the lip doesn't actually hold in the tire, the rib thats on the side of the lip does. so you're fine in terms of keeping the car running. but that looks like one nasty cut your evo took
Should be less than 100 bucks and you can have it fixed like before. I had my te37 bent really bad last year, and some shop fixed it good but they charged me $350. But like yours, should be easy
